법륜스님이 알려주시는 명상하는 방법 “편안한 가운데 콧구멍 끝에 관심을 두어서 들숨과 날숨을 알아차립니다. 이런저런 생각이 떠오르더라도 거기에 의미 부여를 하지 않습니다. 우리가 해야 할 일은 코끝에 관심을 두고 호흡을 알아차리는 것입니다. 그 외에는 어떤 생각도 무의미한 것입니다. 이것을 ‘생각을 멈춘다’ 이렇게 설명하기도 합니다. 생각을 멈춘다는 것은 아무 생각도 일어나지 않는다는 것이 아니라, 생각이 일어날 때 거기에 의미를 부여해서 스토리를 만들지 않는다는 뜻입니다. 나도 모르게 스토리를 만들었다면 이미 호흡을 놓쳤다는 의미입니다. 그것을 알아차리고 다시 호흡으로 돌아와야 합니다. 애쓰지도 말고, 긴장하지도 말고, 안 된다고 포기하지도 말고, 그냥 꾸준히 해 봅니다. 반가부좌를 하고, 허리를 똑바..
